Are all products available in the physical store?

In brick-and-mortar stores, you can find the majority of the Soaphoria product range, as well as some of the popular specialties of our other brands and collections. Exceptions are products that are only available online. You can find information about the availability of these products in the area of ​​the properties of a specific product in the availability section of our e-shop. All products from our offer can be ordered through our e-shop. Your order will be dispatched within two working days and delivered directly to your home or to any Packet collection point.

Is it possible to pick up an order at one of the Soaphoria stores?

No, personal collection at our stores is currently not possible due to capacity reasons. However, you can have the shipment delivered to any Packet collection point or directly to your home.

Is it possible to return empty packaging at one of the Soaphoria stores?

Yes, you can bring empty packaging that is included in our recycling program to any of our stores, where a discount will be automatically deducted from your next purchase. If you plan to return a larger quantity of packaging, please call us at +421 917 794 437 to check the available capacity at our brick-and-mortar stores. If you wish to return the containers and use the discount from the recycling program later, just ask our colleagues at the store to register the return packaging for you and we will then generate a voucher for you, which we will send to your email.

Where can I find a Soaphoria store?

Our branded stores are located in Bratislava and Košice in Slovakia. All the necessary information, including addresses and opening hours of individual stores, can be found on our website.

Are the prices in Soaphoria stores the same as when buying online?

Yes of course. The prices of products in our brick-and-mortar stores are identical to the prices listed on the e-shop. However, it should be noted that seasonal promotions can take place either in the online store or in brick-and-mortar stores and may not take place at the same time in both sales locations.

If I bring an empty packaging to the store, will you fill it with my favorite product?

Unfortunately, for reasons of capacity and hygiene, as well as in accordance with legal regulations, we cannot refill empty containers in the premises of Soaphoria brick-and-mortar stores. However, you can claim a discount for returning them in our stores. You can find more information in the RECYCLING PROGRAM section.
