Are all products available in Soaphoria brand store?
In Soaphoria stores, you can find the majority of the Soaphoria product range, as well as some of the popular specialties of our other brands and collections. Exceptions are products for which we only list "online" in the availability box on the e-shop. However, absolutely all products from our offer can be ordered online with the option of self-pick up in the store of your choice. Your order will be carefully prepared directly at our warehouse and, depending on the date of the next supply, you will pick up your desired products in person at the store, usually within 7 working days at the latest.
Is it possible to pick up an order at one of the Soaphoria stores?
Yes, you can order your desired products online and pick them up at your chosen Soaphoria store. In this case, your order will be prepared directly at our central warehouse and will be sent to the store together with the nearest supply at a discounted shipping price. The delivery time of an order with the option of personal collection is thus within 7 working days. If you are interested in the current availability of goods, you can find out in advance about the availability of the products you are looking for at a specific store through our contacts.
Is it possible to return empty packaging at one of the Soaphoria stores?
Yes, you can bring empty packaging that is included in our recycling program to any of our stores, where a discount will be automatically deducted from your next purchase. If you wish to return packaging from products that are not normally available in our brick-and-mortar stores (Cleano, Botanica Slavica, Detox, etc.), please get the informationabout the possibility of returning in advance via email.
Where can I find a Soaphoria store?
You can find our brand stores within Slovakia in Bratislava and Košice. You can find exact information, addresses and opening hours of individual stores on our website.
Are the prices in Soaphoria stores the same as when buying online?
Yes, of course. You can always buy products in Soaphoria stores at the same price as the price listed in the e-shop. An exception can only be seasonal events, which may not always take place both online and in Soaphoria stores.
If I bring an empty packaging to the store, will you fill it with my favorite product?
Unfortunately, for reasons of capacity and hygiene, as well as in accordance with legal regulations in this area, we are unable to refill empty containers at the store, but you can claim a discount for returning them. You can find more information in the RECYCLING PROGRAM section.
