How do I choose the self-pick up in one of Soaphoria stores?

At the checkout, when completing the order, fill in all the required data in part 1 Personal data and also in part 2 Addresses. In section 3, Method of transport, choose your preferred operation, for which we will deliver your order to you within 10 days of receiving your payment at the latest.

How can I pay for such an order at one of Soaphoria stores?

In the case of self-pick up, it is necessary to pay for the order in advance. You can choose from several payment methods - payment by standard bank transfer, online card payment also via the GoPay portal, or payments using the Google Pay or Apple Pay payment applications.

What happens if I don´t pick up my package on time or if I forget it?

In the event that you do not pick up your order at the location of your choice within 10 days of receiving the email notification, we will refund the amount corresponding to the value of the ordered products to your account or payment card.

When can I pick up my order?

We will deliver the paid order to your chosen Soaphoria store no later than 7 days after receiving your payment. We will also inform you by email that your order is ready in the store. You can then pick up your order at any time during the opening hours of your chosen Soaphoria store, but please do so within 10 days of receiving the email notification at the latest.

Where can I pick up my order?

We will deliver your order to the Soaphoria store of your choice. At the checkout when completing your order, you can choose any of the available options:

  • Soaphoria Eurovea Bratislava
  • Soaphoria Optima Košice

Why do I have to pay for shipping when picking up in person?

The delivery fee for personal collection is reduced to 1.20 euros compared to the 3.49 euros for delivery by courier. We charge this fee for the preparation of your order and its careful packaging, so that your shipment is safe during transport to the Soaphoria brick-and-mortar store of your choice and the risk of damage is minimized.

I want to withdraw from the purchase contract. How to do it?

You can withdraw from the purchase contract and return the unpacked goods in their original condition without giving a reason within the statutory period. In this case, contact us at info@soaphoria.eu.

I want to complain about the goods purchased online and picked up in person at one of Soaphoria´s locations. How should I proceed?

To complain about goods, you need the goods, a description of the defect, proof of purchase (invoice) and a completed claim protocol. In case of a complaint, please contact us at info@soaphoria.eu. If you threw away the proof of purchase after unpacking the package, we can trace it back. The complaint protocol is available for download under our terms and conditions.

Who will pay the postage costs for a complaint?

The cost of postage when returning the claimed goods is paid by the buyer. Please do not send us goods that are the subject of a cash on delivery claim, this is not a standard procedure and such shipments will not be accepted.
