Why does skin need special protection during sport?
Physical activity in the sun exposes the skin to a combination of several factors at once - UV radiation, heat, sweat, friction and environmental stress. Regular SPF products may not be formulated for comfort during more intense movement or higher temperatures. ActiveProtect was created as an everyday SPF for sport, outdoor activities and an active lifestyle, with an emphasis on a lightweight texture, skin comfort and a fresh feel on the skin.

Why was a hybrid UV system chosen for SPF 50?
When developing SPF 50, the focus was on achieving very high UV protection while maintaining a comfortable, lightweight texture suitable for everyday use and physical activity. The hybrid UV system combines modern photostable organic filters and non-nano mineral zinc oxide, making it possible to create protection without white cast and without a heavy, greasy feel on the skin. The UV filters used were selected for their high photostability, broad-spectrum protection and high tolerability, even for sensitive skin. The formula also contains no controversial older-generation UV filters. The focus was primarily on safety, functionality and gentleness to the skin, so the resulting protection meets high standards for everyday use.

How does ActiveProtect differ from classic SPF products?
The formula was designed for skin exposed to sport, higher temperatures and environmental stress that needs very high protection without a heavy film or uncomfortable feel while worn.

ActiveProtect combines:

Which UV filters does the product contain?
The product contains a combination of four photostable, new-generation UV filters:
• Tinosorb S (Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine) – broad-spectrum UVA and UVB protection
• Uvinul A Plus (Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate) – protection against UVA1 radiation
• Uvinul T150 (Ethylhexyl Triazone) – high UVB protection
• Non-nano Zinc Oxide (Zinc Oxide – non nano) – mineral UV filter suitable even for sensitive and reactive skin
The product contains no oxybenzone, octinoxate or other controversial older-generation UV filters.
The filters are photostable and were chosen with an emphasis on very high protection and comfort for everyday use.

In cosmetics, it is used in products focused on supporting hydration, skin comfort and protection against environmental stress. It is often used in products designed for skin exposed to sun, wind or heat. This refers to the effect of the ingredient itself, not the final product.

What are postbiotics and what is Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate?
Postbiotics are fermentation-derived ingredients used in modern dermocosmetics to support skin comfort and the skin barrier. Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate is a postbiotic ingredient obtained through fermentation of Lactobacillus bacteria. It is used in products focused on supporting skin comfort after environmental or physical stress. This refers to the effect of the ingredient itself, not the final product.

Who is ActiveProtect suitable for?

Can I use the product outside of sport too?
Yes. The cooling effect of Menthyl Lactate is gentle and comfortable even with regular everyday use. The product can be used as a classic daily SPF on warm days or when spending time outdoors.

How to apply ActiveProtect correctly?
• Apply a sufficient amount to all exposed areas of the body and face
• Apply approximately 15–30 minutes before sun exposure
• When exercising, sweating or swimming, reapply approximately every 2 hours
• Don't forget the ears, neck, backs of the hands and tops of the feet
• Avoid intense sun between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Important recommendations for sun exposure
Excessive sun exposure poses a serious health risk. Even products with very high SPF protection do not provide 100% protection against UV radiation.
When spending time in the sun, it is recommended to wear protective clothing, a hat and sunglasses. Avoid intense midday sun, especially between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Don't forget to apply sunscreen to frequently overlooked areas such as the ears, hairline, neck and tops of the feet. Ears are among the areas at high risk of UV damage, as they are often skipped when applying SPF, and the skin in this area is sensitive to long-term sun exposure.
Applying an insufficient amount of product significantly reduces the level of protection.

WARNINGS
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place and do not expose to direct sunlight or freezing temperatures. Do not use on open wounds. Avoid the eye area.
If the product gets into eyes, rinse with lukewarm water for at least 15 minutes continuously, working from the inner to the outer corner of the eye. If wearing contact lenses, remove them before rinsing. If irritation occurs, seek medical attention.
Before first use, a patch test is recommended - apply a small amount of the product to a small area of skin, ideally the wrist, and wait 24 hours. This method can help prevent allergic reactions or sensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.
If an allergic reaction occurs after application, rinse the skin with lukewarm water and discontinue use. If the reaction persists, seek medical attention.

Does the product contain fragrances or irritating substances?
The product contains no synthetic fragrances, parabens, silicones or mineral oils. The cooling effect comes from Menthyl Lactate - a gentle ester form of menthol. The formula was designed with an emphasis on comfort and everyday skin tolerability.
