You don't have to have a bathtub at home to be able to enjoy bath salts! Dissolve a small amount in a basin with warm water and treat your feet to well-deserved wellness, or prepare your manicured hands this way.
WE RECOMMEND TO COMBINE
You can combine magnesium bath salt with any other Soaphoria product, but it is ideally complemented with magnesium oil, which will take care of your body even when you don't have time to treat yourself to a relaxing bath.

The product, free of synthetic dyes, owes its white color exclusively to its natural origin.
PRODUCT CONSISTENCY
The product has the consistency of coarse salt particles or flakes, which dissolve pleasantly in the prepared bath.
PRODUCT MAINTENANCE SYSTEM AND PERIOD OF USE
The product does not contain synthetic preservatives, yet it is stable, but sensitive to moisture. Follow the recommended storage conditions and use immediately after opening.
PRODUCT PACKAGING AND RECYCLING PROPOSAL
The product is packaged in a recyclable plastic doypack. After using the product, please throw the packaging into the container intended for the collection of plastic separated waste.
APPLICATION
As a bath: Pour an appropriate amount of salt mixture (approx. 100 to 150 g) into water warm to 35-39°C and let it dissolve completely. The dose of salt mixture for one bath should not exceed 450g. The recommended length of the bath is 15 to 20 minutes. We recommend using it no more than three times a week and allowing yourself to relax after the procedure.
• As a foot bath: Pour an appropriate amount of salt mixture (about a tablespoon per 5 liters of water) into water warm to 35-39°C and let it dissolve completely. Immerse your feet in the water for 15 to 20 minutes.
• As an inhalation solution: Mix an appropriate amount of the salt mixture (about a teaspoon) in a container with boiling water, inhale for 10 to 15 minutes after the steam has developed.
• As a rinse: Mix an adequate amount of salt mixture (approx. ½ teaspoon) in a container with boiled warm water and rinse the affected area on the body five to six times a day.
• As a salt solution: Mix an appropriate amount of the salt mixture (about a teaspoon per liter of water) in a container with boiled warm water, let it act for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• As a coating solution: Mix an appropriate amount of the salt mixture (approx. tablespoon per liter of water) in a container with boiled warm water at a temperature of approx. 39°C. Apply the sponge soaked in the solution to the whole body twice a day (morning and evening). In case of high fever, apply to the whole body. When you have a cold, it is advisable to paint your feet and palms.
• As a wrap: soak a cotton fabric or pajamas in a concentrated salt solution, wrap the whole body, including the limbs, from the neck to the heels and cover with a warm blanket, let it act for 1 to 2 hours.
• As a poultice: After preparing the saline solution, immerse the bandage and let it soak in the solution. Then apply the compress to the affected area, wrap it with foil or towel and leave for 1 to 2 hours.
NOTIFICATIONS
Designed for everyday use. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool and dry place and do not expose to direct sunlight and frost. Do not use on open wounds. Avoid the eye area. In case of eye contact, rinse with lukewarm water for at least 15 minutes without interruption from the inner corner to the outer corner (if wearing contact lenses, remove them beforehand). If irritation occurs, seek medical attention.
